Planning Committee turns down two of the town’s most prominent temporary structures
Cheltenham Borough Council’s Planning Committee has turned down two out of the three planning applications to retain the town’s most prominent temporary structures that were erected during the pandemic – including the long row of tents on the forecourts of 131 Promenade and adjacent buildings.
